Maybe I should delete all those photos with the cover slid off and my hand touching its naughty bits and bytes.

Open Source@lemmy.ml•Haven't generated an APK for months inside Android Studio
3·3 days agoWent to https://play.google.com/console and it all seems to be okay. The two derelict apps already have package IDs and my info is on the identity tab. I think I may have visited that page a year or two ago in response to an email from Google. Or is there something else?

No Stupid Questions@lemmy.world•How often is normal to masturbate?

38·3 days agoI paid the fee for a dev account near the beginning of Android. Haven’t had any apps published in over a decade, but from what I understand my account is grandfathered in so I don’t have to jump through as many hoops to get something published if I chose to, compared to newer accounts. Anyhow, since I have an account I suppose I’m unaffected by this decision. Still, it goes against the original spirit of Android as a free and developer-centric platform and I condemn it.

Lemmy Shitpost@lemmy.world•You are not a bad person for being happy when bad people die. Unless you killed them. But even then the bad person part is the killing bit, not the joy.
3·6 days agoIt still counts. Just because someone else has a complete lack of any moral center or humanity doesn’t mean that we should cast ours aside too and join them.

5·6 days agoCelebrating the death of another is bad actually, yes. And it does make you a bad person. You don’t have to mourn the dead if they’re scum. Speak ill of them all you want. But to celebrate another’s death takes it a step further. It means you’re severely lacking in humanity, in empathy. You’ve left civility completely behind. It lowers you to the same level of those you despise, and perhaps even lower. Are you a person that only has hate and bitterness in your heart? Change that so you can actually enjoy the better and brighter future that you hope for.
Warning: this works reliably until you’re about 45. Then it doesn’t quite finish the job anymore.

Lemmy Shitpost@lemmy.world•"Gender is a scam made by bathrooms companies to sell more bathrooms"
1·7 days agoPerhaps I’m visualizing it differently than the reality, but that seems insufficient, because someone could be using a urinal while another slides open the door, and then a woman or child could see in and freak out. I think it would need to be set up so that no business can be seen even with no doors. Basically a 90 degree turn at some point. I’m sure it’s doable, though.

5·8 days agoOnly fedia.io members can view that link, right? Since the post and comment numbers are different than they’d be on lemmy.world, so there’s no way to decode the URL? Or is there some website that can convert it back to a lemmy.world link?
Why does it have to be mixed? I’d rather dump a couple of instant oatmeal packets in a bowl, add a cup of microwaved water, then eat a banana, yogurt, egg etc alongside. Something I never got about the breakfast smoothies either.
