No the heat rises, causing a convection donut where cold air is drawn upwards towards the toasters. So it would be cool

They do radiate a lot of heat but you need line of sight to the coils to feel that

Be nice. Don’t take anything personally. Take political debates to the appropriate communities. Take personal disagreements & arguments to private messages.
