Yeah people are really underestimating how much work from home can fuck people up. I could never do it. I need to get out and change up that context. I am fully expecting an organic backlash at some point where people start demanding upscale office space again.
There are coworking spaces that are a good, flexible arrangement for this. I know a couple people who will grab a desk downtown at their own expense. It’s probably nice getting to know folks from outside your company in the same coworking space.
But I’m a loner and I’ve got my little workspace at home just perfect now, so I don’t really go in unless it’s to meet over lunch or something.
