Yeah they fixed that, apparently. I wouldn’t know because I’ve never needed to draw a circle in gimp, but that was part of the big hubalu with 3.0.

Absolutely no NSFL content.
Be nice. Don’t take anything personally. Take political debates to the appropriate communities. Take personal disagreements & arguments to private messages.
No advertising, brand promotion, or guerrilla marketing.
