Wow, that’s exactly what we’ve built, basically. The problem is finding a reliable source of what CIDR ranges they provide our region without storing and guessing ourselves to make sure it’s local. We go through a lot of ARIN data each week to make sure one neighbor isn’t banning another because he can’t remember his password.
Our next step was refactoring with geo-location, but I figured there has to be feeds from these providers like StarLink does … oy.

Until you log into gmail and give them a fingerprint to share around. They still track you unfortunately.

A professional web scraper and data extraction expert …
Looks like he’s a tool … maybe sed/awk?

This is how I handle DHCP connections with endpoints, plus I don’t want to expose the origin.
curl ip.me and change a varnish config line every 5 minutes if it changes.

If you’re a Tool fan, there is 20+ years of blog about them, he recently “stopped updating” it, but it’s a treasure trove of history on the band: https://toolshed.down.net/

If you use “maxxing” as a suffix, I instantly hate you. You’re already vibe-coding, which probably means you couldn’t pour piss out of your boot if directions were slapped on the heel.

Everyone should start wearing clothing with known cartel member faces silk-screened on every inch.

I have bad tinnitus, and once in a while it will drown out all sound and focus on the ringing. During this time, sound turns into this thing that lives at the back of my head, as if I put my fingers into my ears, like I’m interpreting the sound through vibrations or something. I can’t really explain it, but it’s a “different way” of hearing. Sounds a lot like what you’re experiencing.
PS: Don’t blast Tool albums for two decades strait into your ears.
Ah I see. Alright, down it goes.

I don’t see a suggestion to use MACFuse here, so I’ll just drop this here: https://macfuse.github.io/
Copy your ssh pub key to the device ssh-copy-id user@hostname
Then just mount it:
sshfs user@hostname:/remote/path ~/mnt/myfiles \
-o reconnect \
-o ServerAliveInterval=15 \
-o ServerAliveCountMax=3 \
-o follow_symlinks \
-o IdentityFile=~/.ssh/id_rsa

I taught my nieces how to design a basic web page and they loved it. Seeing things change in real time from another language was eye-opening for them.

Mutt was too much.

Ask a local ISP like us. We store our old servers and send them to be recycled annually. If I had an enthusiast walk up to our offices asking for a donation, we wouldn’t hesitate. Can’t speak for competitors, but it’s worth a shot.
