Ah, thought it might be too good to be true. Still, this seems like a step in the right direction, right?

Consider me an uninformed enthusiast, but isn’t a lack of upstream kernel support often cited as the main reason why old phones can’t be modified once support ends? As in, if this pans out will this be absolutely huge for long-term device support for third-parties and modders?

For extreme non-techies who really don’t understand computers and just want to use a few websites it’s a solid choice because it’s so basic that it’s hard to break
