It’s nice to meet all you. I am she/her, can speak Toki Pona and English (non-natively), and locatable on Reddit as MozartWasARed. Call me Lenny/Leni@lemm.eeto Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•What are all the pronouns you know?English0·5 months agoI couldn’t list all the ones I know, only the ones I have come across. I remember once someone tried making the whole Bee Movie script their pronoun. Another time they were just dolphin sounds. I was like “guys, I have every intention to uphold your validity, but I need to throw a few rules into the equation”. Just basic courtesy stuff.
All the ones I recall coming across that I can replicate:
First person:
I, we, me, myself, drag, shadow the hedgehog, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Intel Core i5-10400F CPU 16.0 GB RAM
Second person:
You, your, yourself, drag, shadow the hedgehog, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Intel Core i5-10400F CPU 16.0 GB RAM
Third person:
She, he, it, that, this, xe, zhe, those, they, drag, shadow the hedgehog, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Intel Core i5-10400F CPU 16.0 GB RAM

Call me Lenny/Leni@lemm.eeBanned from communitytoMicroblog Memes@lemmy.world•I would wonder.English3·7 months agoOr… maybe, just maybe, people can have the opinions they want and have their reasons for them.
The idea I have to consider my parents’ role as my parents undermined if they did something scam-ish is arguably appalling.
This is turning into a collective shame kind of culture.
Call me Lenny/Leni@lemm.eeBanned from communitytoMicroblog Memes@lemmy.world•Was having ~30 salaried NYPD personnel to escort one dude really a good use of budget?English2·7 months agoNot to mention one did their act in NYC and fled to suburban Pennsylvania while the other had to deal with police from a far more mundane environment. People who think the comparison can be used to paint police intentions (as if they’re even a single body like some army of droids and not individuals who have free will to show up) are just sad, it would be like saying “the 1918 plague was not as widely reported or is as known as the smallpox plague, therefore it killed less or was less a priority”. People are sadly disproportionate, that’s just how things seem to have worked in history.
