i think it was the same troll, actually.
i think it was the same troll, actually.
Grothendieck’s Prime tripped me up in a maths competition in high school. i had manually stored a list of primes in my calculator, and one of the puzzles involved primes and deducing the combination to a lock from certain clues. my list of primes erroneously included 57, which almost made my team fail the level, until i realized my error.
is that thing in the upper right a slice of cabbage?
most people who are gonna go bald start going bald before they hit 30.
not everybody goes bald, and hair dye is fairly cheap and readily available. this isn’t mysterious or anything.
nobody should be in a tipped position as anything, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t tip when you know people depend on it to put food on their own table. if i can’t afford to tip, i don’t eat out. simple as.
i can hate my boss, and the whole system he’s a symptom of, and be disappointed at the customers for not showing a bit of solidarity, don’t worry.
at the restaurant i work at, we pool tips, and just cause you aren’t eating in doesn’t mean us in the kitchen worked any less hard on it. in fact, it’s more work for me to do to-go orders, but folks seldom tip on them. it is very frustrating to me. had somebody place a $1200 order a couple weeks back, and even split 5 ways, a 15% tip on that order alone would’ve made it a good day, but i don’t think they tipped a single cent.
i think you might be misunderstanding what ‘3rd party’ means. if ubisoft is making you use an ubisoft launcher to run ubisoft games, that’d be first party. here’s an article detailing what the terms mean with regards to game developers. a third party launcher would be like when you add a non-steam game to steam.
i found there to just be a few prolific reddit repost bots, so i just blocked them individually. i actually personally appreciate bots like that mbfc bot though.
edit: fixed a typo
fair point, that was a bit of an ambiguous wording. thank you for clarifying for folks!
there should be a simple little checkbox in your settings if you don’t want to see bots.
you really oughtta season your stainless steel too, then you likely won’t have such issues.
real talk though, use bacon grease instead of butter if you really wanna up your grilled cheese.
that might be a bug with your client. mine says they’re 54.
that’d be an issue, though nukes are pretty indiscriminate, and wizarding folk generally live among muggles, not in one isolated wizard country, which limits their usefulness. they can’t exactly nuke london without destroying diagon alley, and vice versa. plus, you need to know your destination pretty well to apparate, so there’d need to be some more involved infiltration beforehand.
of course muggles would win a war against wizarding folk, that is why they made the international statue of secrecy (also cause jkr is a hack who never wants to bother extrapolating from the consequences of her own worldbuilding)
well yeah, but also, you don’t pour grease down the drain so you can use it later. any time i’m pan frying anything, the pan gets a bit of bacon grease. if i accumulate enough of it, i’ll use it for deep frying too. throwing it out, down the drain or in the trash just does not make sense to me.
why the hell would someone throw out perfectly good bacon grease? or is that the joke, that the third fellow is deranged?
that is just an oft-repeated myth that capitalism uses to perpetuate itself.
