I feel like you were more likely to learn things at more than a surface level. You had to learn to operate and maintain more stuff than now. It’s basically discouraged with all the disposable items these days. And because you didn’t have the device of all entertainment at your hands you were more likely to go just do random stuff. Have random IRL experiences. More likely to get exercise just doing shit.

Longer rest periods seem to help me a lot. I’ll be at the gym for a month or two consistently then take a week off. I always come back stronger and with more endurance.

You definitely need to be consistent to keep progressing but take breaks too. Just don’t make one week off turn into 2+ weeks off.

I think they’re saying they’re not using Windows to operate Artemis II but the astronauts are probably used to using Microsoft products. So when it comes to simple logging and data entry they probably are using Windows. But these are their own computers and not used to run Artemis II. I may be wrong but that’s how I understood it.
