BlackRock is a major shareholder in thousands of corporations and wealth management funds BlackRock has 10.5 Trillion dollars worth assets under management. Between BlackRock, Vanguard and State Street they basically own the planet. BlackRock / Fink could buy all of Elon Musk’s assets and burn them 100 times over and still have more than Elon Musk. BlackRock is the principle shareholder in many news organizations and or their parent companies. Fox is the only major network that has, NOT BlackRock, as their biggest shareholder but BlackRock is number 2 at Fox.

The name of it sounds like a streaming service for children’s movies and TV shows. Like, Netflix for kids. In the past 5 years I have seen at least 3 deepweb social communities that started out normally, with a lot of people talking shit and enjoying anonymous free speech. Then I log in a couple weeks or months later to find CP being posted and no mods doing anything to stop it. In all those cases, I reported the site to the FBI anonymously and erased my login from my password manager.

The manufacturers don’t have to provide open source drivers, They could offer the drivers to other companies besides Google though. Why do you suppose they don’t?

You are talking about phones made by Google. I am talking about ALL the phones using Android and how difficult or sometimes impossible it is to use anything but Android. I am talking about (oranges) a monopoly on phone operating systems. And you are saying what great (apples) phones Google produces.

Unlock so you can use whatever phone service provider you want but Google controls the Android operating system. If you don’t want Android on your phone and would rather use Linux or another FOSS operating system, it’s very difficult, because Google doesn’t give up control of the drivers for a lot of phones. If you just want to remove Google apps from a phone that comes with Android, you have to jailbreak it which voids the warranty and jailbreaking can’t be done to every phone.

I can’t shell out the money for another phone but I deleted my google account and replaced all the Google apps on my phone with FOSS apps. I don’t have root access on my phone so I can’t actually get rid of all of the Google apps. Best I can do until I need to replace my phone. Fortunately I never purchased anything from Google.
