Are you implying the rest only use the Terminal?

Though I was curious what the Trash can would look like if it had the same colour scheme as the cybertruck.
That is an unfair comparison a Trash can has a purpose, unlike a Cybertruck.
As useless as the Cybertruck is that paint job actually makes it look kinda good.
I was using that as an umbrella term though I should have specified both scam ads and intrusive ads that are a vector for malware.
They just escalated the arms race between ad and ad blocker. All this could have been avoided if they actually did something about the scam ads.
Looks like a Daedric artifact of some sort.
Seems a bit misleading at least with apple it is obvious that it is not a fruit but calling a company Humane you expect it to be more ethical.
Meta abandoning CrowdTangle during an election year has the same vibe as an officer turning off a body camera right before a confrontation.
I never got what made these pins humane are they trained on data that they got permission for? Or did they use an ai model that does not use much energy thus not destroying the environment?

My solution for bloatware is this: by law you should hire in every programming team someone who is Like, A Guy who has a crappy laptop with 4GB and an integrated graphics card, no scratch that, 2 GB of RAM, and a rural internet connection. And every time someone in your team proposes to add shit like NPCs with visible pores or ray tracing or all the bloatware that Windows, Adobe, etc. are doing now, they have to come back and try your project in the Guy’s laptop and answer to him. He is allowed to insult you and humilliate you if it doesn’t work in his laptop, and you should by law apologize and optimize it for him. If you try to put any kind of DRM or permanent internet connection, he is legally allowed to shoot you.
With about 5 or 10 years of that, we will fix the world.
Wow you did not disappoint. I think I will make a TIL post about playing doom from bios. I should probably get to that now before tomorrow or it wont count as a TIL.
Are games that boot from bios a real thing? would be interesting or an OS that has the exact dependencies to launch a single game aka minecraft launcher but from bios. Idk how practical that would be but its a cool concept.
This is amazing for only 13KB.
Nice I have been thinking about doing a either an 8mb or 5mb gamejam challenge but I wasn’t sure if 5mb would be to low but if there are 1mb challenges I guess it does not seem to impractical. Also I am going to test that game out in wine it looks interesting.
I am no expert though I like Linux Mint it has a windows 7 feel to it which makes it a great distro to start with.
I left windows because of the ai stuff but I didn’t expect it to get this bad. This is literally malware.
Instead of working on their platform to get discord users to jump ship they decide to go in the same direction. Also pretty sure training LLMs after someone opts out is illegal?
Yeah Except for the OS logos that I used for the windows and the bed and the logos on the poster. The poster is is also based on the abbey road photo.
