I used to work a job that was a personal hell made just for me and I let them convince me I was to stupid to ever leave for anything better.

One night I dreamt I woke up and the world was just uninhabited by humans. Like they all got raptured or something. I Am Legend but without the monsters. I took a forklift from work and I just drove it out the doors and across the country. For some reason it took me all the way to the coast. One of the few dreams that I ever felt like had a definitive ending instead of just waking up. I’m not sure, perhaps the memory has been distorted with time

Soup Emporium: Rigorous but Semi-Edutainment. Their focus is on history but you learn about the economic fallout of the topics covered

Ordinary Things: Full edutainment, just for funzies. History/Economics but it’s more like stuff you would bring up at a party.

Just go straight for that community search bar, switch to all, and just start typing shit in. Lots of reddit subs have equivalent communities here but they don’t rise to the top because it’s a small platform. Unless you curate your feed, it’s just going to be trump outrage posts all day.

My ex used to tell me about the singular guy working in her intake department at a hospital. Before he showed up everyone was hyping him up because “he’s a numbers guy” which was probably a line he used in the interview.

He gets there, is slow to learn, does an uneven share of work, gets other people to hold his hand for basic tasks. She hates him. He is widely acclaimed, special boy. Office favorite. The move was a great success for him, apparently last I heard.
