        I’m struggling with depression so it helps me track that. It’s dangerous how easy it is to forget you are depressed and get used to it.

          I’m sorry that you also have to deal with it. Tracking helps to hold a routine and at least for me to look back and see trends - even lows eventually pass so this current one also eventually will.
