You end up saying something similar to yourself after you read and fail to understand a LKML archive because it’s the only available documentation on this specific flag that you may or may not need and if you don’t need it why not turn it off. Repeat this many times for much learning (eventually).

I get a free one from Verizon with FiOS that’s actually pretty decent, especially considering it’s free. Triband, the webui is decent, and aside from an issue that required rebooting every few days that got fixed pretty quickly it’s been pretty stable.

I get your point and agree with it to an extent, but I’d argue that being a good neighbor is a good thing in a politician. Sure, you can be a total asshole and do an excellent job as governor or president or whatever, but being a nice person is kinda helpful.

By all means, lead with the important bits (which for the record I have looked into and mostly like) and include this on page 12, but that doesn’t mean it’s worthless.

EDIT: Apparently he was governor in 2019 so it is a little different than him just being a good neighbor, but I think my point still stands. It’s a hell of a lot better news than “Old orange fascist quotes Hitler again”
