  • 8 was INCREDIBLY fast

It also used little resources and it was the last time Microsoft pulled a massive dev effort to modernize almost everything in Windows, significantly evolving it’s display and rendering pipeline and making a whole different design language

8 touch interface was also by far the best touch interface I’ve used

  • You probably have some stuff like fTPM disabled in the UEFI. If you have AMD Zen or newer, it should work as long as you enable the settings.

Also, update your firmware. Any newer AMD firmware should enable fTPM automatically precisely to enable Windows 11 support.

AMD was really forward looking when they added this shit in 2016 eh

This is actually the good timeline. People hate google for their unsavory shit nowadays, BUT!

They actually had a very positive and important role in advancement of open source and open platforms. Chrome itself became dominant because at the time it was better.

Without google we would have an even worse situation

I’m called misguided by someone deep into State Dept cool aid. 20 years ago, libs said the same shit about Iraq and it’s WMDs and y’all pretended like you were on the right side of history back then. It’s just nowadays that you admit to your mistakes. Same with CIA funding jihadi groups…

Yeah, believe whatever the fuck you want, I live in the actual other side of the planet, your opinions won’t scratch my balls. Just a heads up, I said what I could
